Custom drawn logotype for the film production company Películas Maria. Based on the idea of contrast, the design is inspired by reverse-stress typography, a style characterised by the inverted weight between vertical and horizontal strokes. We embraced the oddities, asymmetry and eccentric character of these letters to convey the artistic and differential value of the films they develop and produce.
